The mechanical systems consist of: common area heat pump fan coil / condensing units, back-of-house ductless fan coil units, dedicated pool fan coil unit, garage exhaust system, dwelling VTAC units and dwelling flex zone Fujitsu units. The electrical service is 4000 amp with provisions for certain services tied to a trailer mount temporary emergency generator. Low voltage systems consist of nurse call, CCTV, access control, telephone / data, wireless access, AV and intercom. There are 4 passenger and 1 freight elevators.
