Description

Phase III of the Google Campus near downtown Kirkland is a LEED V4 Gold Certified office building including approximately 135,000 square feet with two and a half levels of underground parking. This project is a continuation of the existing Google Campus, which contains nearly 400,000 square feet of office space and Feriton Spur Park. As a part of the campus expansion, Feriton Spur Park was extended up to 6th Street South. Other additions and amenities include a new sky bridge connecting this structure to the existing campus, a series of water features inside the building that mimic a stream, and an improved redesign of the intersection of 5th Place and 6th Street South. There is also a large roof deck with views of Lake Washington and the Olympic Mountains.

The campus/building also includes:

  • Secured parking and storage for 78 bikes
  • Rooftop garden
  • A “green roof”
  • Rainwater harvesting
