Our Westmont at Cypress project is nearing the end of its development phase and is getting closer and closer to a construction start date. We’ve also recently seen progress with the Seabreeze Senior Housing project in Carmel Valley — unanimous approval from both the City Council and Community Planning Board!
On the construction side of things, our projects are cruisin’! Merrill Gardens at Rolling Hills has the roof dried in and making headway with interior finishes. Merrill Gardens at West Covina has made significant progress with framing and Westmont at Milpitas is currently working on exterior stucco, interior finishes and offsite/onsite trenching activities.
