As we enter into the fall season, progress continues at the site of Westmont at Milpitas!
Recently, we completed offsite water after carefully navigating around existing utilities and storm drain realignment is nearing completion. On the exterior of the building, stucco color coat is finished on the entire North elevation and scaffold began to be dismantled at the beginning of the month and will continue around the building. Work continues on all sections of the roof, getting us closer to having the building completely dried in!
