We recently announced our upcoming office project in the popular Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, Washington which will be a part of the Living Building Pilot Program. Our Westmont of Milpitas project is already working on the roofing and Merrill Gardens at Rolling Hills Estates is nearly complete with metal framing. In West Covina, California, April marked the completion of the Level 1 slab on grade – a major milestone – and up in Renton, Washington, the Merrill Gardens at Renton Centre Addition project is going vertical with a new framed level almost every week!
