The Frequency is SRM’s newest active adult community taking shape on Spokane’s South Hill, just steps from the city’s soccer complex on South Regal Street. When complete, the 156-unit community will bring residents a full slate of amenities designed for connected, active living, all within a walkable, well-established neighborhood.
Construction is moving steadily forward. Crews completed the parking garage’s level 1 slab-on-grade pour on August 26, ahead of schedule, and are now forming the post-tension deck for the next level. The south wing apartment building’s slab-on-grade pour is on deck for early September, with framing to follow shortly after.
It’s an exciting time on site as The Frequency takes its first steps out of the ground and toward becoming Spokane’s newest home for active adult living.
