Baxter on Broadway is racing towards the finish line.
The residential units are in the final pick up stages and the team is moving into the lobby. In addition to closing out all the apartment units, the project is making huge strides with the townhouses. Site improvements are also working towards finishing up with concrete planters, pavers and sidewalks. The next stages of completion will include landscaping and fencing.
We are getting very excited for the delivery of this project!
