SRM and the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle have closed on Altaire at Queen Anne, a 114-home affordable housing community in Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood—transforming a site that sat vacant for five years into urgently needed housing for local workers, families, and artists. The project is made possible through a public-private partnership including the Seattle Office of Housing, Amazon’s Housing Fund, the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, Citibank, and PNC Bank. Move-ins are anticipated in November 2027. This milestone follows the recent certificate of occupancy at Altaire at Jackson Park (207 homes), where residents began moving in on February 1.
