About the Project
The V Bellevue Apartments is a thoughtfully designed mixed-use residential community delivering 166 modern apartment homes supported by 6,880 square feet of common amenity space and 149 parking stalls in the heart of Bellevue. The project offers a diverse range of unit types designed to support a variety of living arrangements and housing needs.
The unit mix includes 27 studios, 34 open studios, 34 one-bedroom / one-bath residences, 43 one-bedroom / one-bath residences with dens, and 28 two-bedroom / two-bath homes.
Residents will enjoy a curated set of amenities designed to support daily convenience and community, including secure storage areas, a dedicated mail and parcel room, a fitness room, a business/work-from-home area, and an on-site dog run, along with integrated building services and structured parking.
Scheduled completion is Q4 2027.
Construction Update – June 2026
Construction is continuing to move forward as the project enters a major concrete phase. Site concrete operations are now underway, with slab-on-grade work beginning this month and structural preparations already in progress for the next stage of construction.
What’s Happening This Month
- Slab-on-grade concrete pours are beginning throughout the site.
- Concrete construction activities will continue through the summer, with completion anticipated by the end of July.
- Planning and preparation for the next phase of construction are underway, including hold-down installation and wood framing activities scheduled to begin in early August.
What Neighbors May Notice
Neighbors may continue to see active construction operations during normal working hours, including:
- Concrete placement and finishing activities
- Concrete pump trucks and delivery vehicles onsite
- Increased construction equipment movement
- Ongoing site preparation and construction activity throughout the property
Traffic & Safety Reminder
As concrete work progresses, pump trucks and concrete delivery vehicles will be operating from 102nd Avenue. Neighbors may experience intermittent traffic impacts and temporary lane obstructions during active concrete pours.
We kindly ask drivers and pedestrians to use caution when traveling near the site and to follow any posted traffic control measures. We appreciate the community’s patience and support as construction continues.
We apologize for any inconveniences throughout the construction process. The safety of all employees, neighbors and the general public is our number one priority. Please be aware of changing conditions in the public right-of-way as sidewalk and street conditions are ever changing. Heavy equipment is entering and exiting the jobsite regularly. Please be aware of your surroundings and help us keep this project safe and free of injury.
