Construction Update – July 2026

Construction continues to advance at The V as crews move through the final stages of structural concrete work and prepare to begin vertical construction. July marks an exciting milestone as concrete operations and wood framing begin to overlap, accelerating progress on the project.

What’s Happening This Month

• Post-tensioned (PT) deck pours will continue throughout the month, with completion anticipated by the end of July.
• Wood framing is scheduled to begin later this month as structural concrete work wraps up.
• Construction will continue progressing into August with framing activities and the start of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough-in work.

What Neighbors May Notice

Neighbors may continue to see active construction operations during normal working hours, including:

• Concrete placement and finishing activities
• Wood framing operations beginning later this month
• Concrete pump trucks and delivery vehicles onsite
• Increased construction equipment movement throughout the site

Traffic & Safety Reminder

During active PT deck pours, concrete pump trucks and delivery vehicles will continue operating from 102nd Avenue. Neighbors may experience intermittent traffic impacts and temporary lane obstructions during concrete placement activities.
