About the Project
The V Bellevue Apartments is a thoughtfully designed mixed-use residential community delivering 166 modern apartment homes supported by 6,880 square feet of common amenity space and 149 parking stalls in the heart of Bellevue. The project offers a diverse range of unit types designed to support a variety of living arrangements and housing needs.
The unit mix includes 27 studios, 34 open studios, 34 one-bedroom / one-bath residences, 43 one-bedroom / one-bath residences with dens, and 28 two-bedroom / two-bath homes.
Residents will enjoy a curated set of amenities designed to support daily convenience and community, including secure storage areas, a dedicated mail and parcel room, a fitness room, a business/work-from-home area, and an on-site dog run, along with integrated building services and structured parking.
Scheduled completion is Q4 2027.
Scheduled Work
The V will begin abatement and demolition activities in mid-February as part of early project startup. This work marks the start of early-phase construction and will pave the way for upcoming excavation and shoring activities. The team will be working during permitted construction hours and coordinating efforts to minimize impacts to the surrounding neighborhood.
Planned Street Interruptions
A lane closure on 102nd Ave will be required for loading/unloading in support of abatement and demolition activities.

Please be aware of changing conditions in the public right-of-way as sidewalk and street conditions are ever changing. Heavy equipment is entering and exiting the jobsite regularly.
