About the Project
The Frequency is a four-story active adult living community located on South Hill in Spokane. The development includes 156 residential units, offering a mix of 33 open-floor-plan units, 59 one-bedroom units, and 64 two-bedroom units to accommodate a variety of resident needs.
The building features a wraparound residential design surrounding a four-story parking garage, creating a cohesive and efficient layout. Residents at Radio Park enjoy a wide range of amenities designed to promote connection, wellness, and an active lifestyle.
Community amenities include in-unit laundry, a woodshop, fitness center, theater, secure bike storage, pickleball courts, a pub, rooftop gathering spaces, and a clubhouse, along with many additional features that support comfort, recreation, and community engagement.

Construction Update – July 2026
Construction at The Frequency continues to gain momentum as the project transitions from earthwork into foundation construction. After weeks of excavation and site preparation, crews are beginning the first major concrete work—a significant milestone for the project.
What’s Happening This Month
- Excavation for the garage footings has been completed.
- Concrete foundation work is now underway, with the project’s first concrete pour scheduled this month.
- Garage footings and foundation walls will continue progressing through multiple concrete pours.
- Excavation will begin for the north and south building wings as foundation work expands across the site.
What Neighbors May Notice
Neighbors may continue to see active construction operations during normal working hours, including:
- Concrete placement and foundation work
- Construction vehicles entering and exiting the site
- Excavation and earthmoving activities
- Equipment movement throughout the property
Traffic & Safety Reminder
There are no anticipated traffic impacts or road closures associated with this phase of construction. We encourage drivers and pedestrians to remain aware of construction vehicles entering and exiting the site during normal working hours.

We apologize for any inconveniences throughout the construction process. The safety of all employees, neighbors and the general public is our number one priority. Please be aware of changing conditions in the public right-of-way as sidewalk and street conditions are ever changing. Heavy equipment is entering and exiting the jobsite regularly. Please be aware of your surroundings and help us keep this project safe and free of injury.
