About the Project
The Bob is a 7.2-acre residential development located at 703 Columbia Park Trail, featuring a total of 192 thoughtfully designed homes with an average size of 910 square feet. The community will offer a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts, along with a central clubhouse that includes a leasing office, fitness room, and multi-purpose community space. Residents will enjoy a range of resort-style amenities, including a pool and spa, BBQ area, outdoor lounge, and dog park. The project will provide 299 parking stalls, including seven garage structures with 33 enclosed spaces.
Construction will be delivered in three phases to allow for staggered occupancy, with Phase 1 (72 units and the clubhouse) scheduled for completion on November 27, 2026, Phase 2 (48 units) on February 1, 2027, and Phase 3 (72 units) on May 21, 2027.
Construction Update – May 2026
Construction continued moving steadily forward throughout April, with major progress made across residential buildings, garages, and site infrastructure.
What’s Happening This Month
- Siding work was completed on the first residential building and began on additional buildings across the site.
- Roofing work was completed on another residential building, while framing wrapped up on the final apartment building.
- Garage construction continued progressing, with roofing, framing, and slab work completed across multiple garage structures.
- Construction of the trash enclosures advanced, including completion of masonry walls and preparation for slab work.
- Crews are also beginning carport installation and site grading work for future curbs and gutters.
What Neighbors May Notice
Neighbors may continue to see regular construction activity during normal working hours, including:
- Roofing, siding, and framing operations
- Construction vehicles entering and exiting the site
- Ongoing grading and site preparation work
- Equipment movement throughout the property
Traffic & Safety Reminder
Construction access from Columbia Park Trail continues to have minimal traffic impacts; however, the roadway remains busy and narrow in some areas. We kindly ask drivers and pedestrians to remain alert for construction vehicles entering and exiting the site and to allow space for safe roadway access.
We appreciate the community’s continued patience and support as construction progresses.
We apologize for any inconveniences throughout the construction process. The safety of all employees, neighbors and the general public is our number one priority. Please be aware of changing conditions in the public right-of-way as sidewalk and street conditions are ever changing. Heavy equipment is entering and exiting the jobsite regularly. Please be aware of your surroundings and help us keep this project safe and free of injury.
