Construction Update – July 2026

Construction continues to make steady progress at The BOB Apartments, with work advancing across residential buildings, community amenities, garages, and site improvements. As exterior work nears completion, crews are shifting their focus toward interior finishes and final site infrastructure.

What’s Happening This Month

• Interior finishes are progressing, including cabinet installation, painting, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work across multiple residential buildings.
• Exterior siding is now complete on all apartment buildings and garages.
• Work continues on the clubhouse, amenity spaces, and mechanical rooms with insulation and drywall installation.
• Site improvements are nearing completion, including curb and gutter installation, roadway preparation, and off-site sidewalk work.
• Asphalt paving is scheduled to begin later this month.

What Neighbors May Notice

Neighbors may continue to see regular construction activity during normal working hours, including:

• Interior finishing work throughout the buildings
• Site grading and roadway preparation
• Construction vehicles entering and exiting the site
• Equipment movement throughout the property
• Asphalt paving activities beginning later this month

Traffic & Safety Reminder

Construction access from Columbia Park Trail continues to have minimal traffic impacts; however, the roadway remains busy and narrow in some areas. Beginning the week of July 20, paving operations will take place onsite, and neighbors may notice increased construction traffic associated with these activities.

We kindly ask drivers and pedestrians to remain alert for construction vehicles entering and exiting the site and to allow space for safe roadway access.
