Renton, WA – December 5, 2025 – SRM Development is proud to support the City of Renton in its long-term vision to connect people with nature and strengthen community spaces along the Cedar River. The City has acquired 12.5 acres and approximately 1,500 feet of riverfront to advance the planned expansion of Cedar River Park and future public open space, informed by community input and years of planning through the Tri-Park Master Plan.
