The scaffolding on Harrison and the north half of 1st Avenue N has been taken down revealing the exterior. The interiors are coming together and the units are scheduled to be finished the first week of March, followed by the lobby, fitness center, theater, and 6th floor lounge. The project’s street improvements including new sidewalks, landscaping, and Seattle City Light pedestrian pole streetlights are in progress. The Astro is scheduled for completion mid April 2015.
