After 13 months of work, the Merrill Gardens at Renton Centre Addition and Renovation projects have received a temporary Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Renton!
The SRM team is finalizing the punchlist items and will be moving out by the end of February. The Addition has hand-selected furnishings and artwork that creates a truly inviting space, making it ready for prospective tours led by the Merrill Gardens Operations Team.
