The Marlo senior living project will consist of a 6 story, 148,000 sf, Type 1-B building with 1 story of underground parking on a 1 acre site. The building design consists of 4 levels of light gauge steel framing over 2 levels of concrete structure. The building will have 107 assisted living dwelling units and 16 memory care guest rooms. Memory care units and amenity spaces will be located on Level 1 with additional amenity space on Level 2 along with living units. Levels 3 through 5 will consist of assisted living units while level 6 will include a sky lounge and assisted living dwelling units.
Amenities will include a commercial kitchen, common dining area, bistro, commercial laundry room, gym, salon, nurse’s office and business offices. Outdoor amenities will consist of an outdoor movie viewing area, garden space, memory care courtyard, a dining area and a dog run.
Existing retail and office building on the property will be demolished.
