This retail development includes the core/shell construction of 2 separate retail buildings, each 6,565 SF. The building foundation will consist of perimeter footings and interior spread footings connected by grade beams. The 5″ slab on grade will be part of the tenant improvement and is not included in this scope. The buildings will be wood framed with a combination of wood and HSS posts supporting a wood beam, purlin and rafter roof. Retail Building 1 is intended to accommodate up to 4 tenants and Retail Building 2 is intended to have a single tenant. The scope for this project will also include the surrounding site work and landscaping.
