The project consists of 199 residential living units, 266,000 sf total, of which 61,000 sf is below grade parking, 4 levels above grade Type 1B construction, various on and off site infrastructure and site improvements, 2 levels of concrete podium, cold formed metal stud framing, skin consisting of stucco / cement board / metal panel / porcelain tile combinations and membrane roofing. The project is fully sprinkled. The mechanical systems consist of: common area heat pump fan coil / condensing units, back-of-house ductless fan coil units, dedicated pool fan coil unit, garage exhaust system, dwelling VTAC units and dwelling flex zone Fujitsu units. The electrical service is 4000 amp with provisions for certain services tied to a trailer mount temporary emergency generator. Low voltage systems consist of nurse call, CCTV, access control, telephone / data, wireless access, AV and intercom. There are 4 passenger and 1 freight elevators.

There is parking for 63 vehicles in a partially below grade parking garage. Amenities include a commercial kitchen, bistro, activity room, theater, wellness center, beauty salon, dining room and others.
