Old Bellevue welcomes a new neighbor, The Meyden! With move-ins scheduled to begin in February, finishes are wrapping up inside and out. The 5-story mix-use apartment building has spacious apartments with access to amenities and entertainment around the neighborhood. The fitness center equipment is being installed along with furniture and artwork in the common areas. Improvements along Main Street and Bellevue Way are taking shaping with the sidewalk and clay pavers nearly complete and landscaping work continuing around the perimeter of the building.
The Meyden is named after William Meydenbauer who first settled the area in the 1800s. The historical namesake adds to the nostalgia of Old Bellevue. Check out the leasing site here for more information.
