We are preparing to mobilize in Oakland! The City of Oakland has issued all permits necessary to begin construction on our mixed-use building, Baxter on Broadway. We anticipate excavation to commence in May. Baxter on Broadway is located across the street from our Merrill Gardens at Rockridge project that is scheduled for competition late this year. We are gearing up for an exciting summer ahead with both of these Oakland projects!
